Customer Service Policy

ECK Language services is dedicated to providing the highest quality service to all its customers. We treat all customers with dignity and respect and strive to meet your needs promptly, accurately, and cheerfully.

All lessons must be taken within 3 months. NO more than 3 months (90 days) must elapse between one lesson and the next in a PACKAGE COURSE, Unless proper arrangements have been made.

All communication ( e-mails, messages, etc) will be answered within 24 hours.

All lessons will begin on time. If a lesson begins 15 minutes late due to ECK Language Service’s fault, that lesson will NOT be charged.

Cancellation Policy

Classes cancelled in advance may be made up at no cost to the student; classes not cancelled in advance cannot be made up and the 1-on-1 class credit is spent. Please cancel a class in writing to natasha.enriquekates@gmail.com OR eckates@aol.com

For students in America: North, Central, South: 12 hours in advance

In Europe, Middle East, Africa: 18 hours in advance

In Asia, Australia: 24 hours in advance

Make-up Policy
Make-up, classes must have been cancelled in advance – not just missed. Make up classes can be scheduled only during the month missed.

Refund Policy
WE HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY. In lieu of refunds, classes may be credited to a later session if extreme illness or injury prevents lessons from being taken at the scheduled time.

Payment
All our services are pre-paid.

Prices:
As of March 1st 2012, our rates will be as follow:
Single lesson: USD$18.00
Packages of 8, 10, 12 individual lessons: USD$15.00 per lesson.
Groups: USD$8.00 per class.
